What do clients think about our service?
In November and December 2007 we set out to sample the views of a structured selection of 103 clients from amongst users of our service in a two week period during the autumn. We were able to complete telephone interviews with 45 people (44% of the original sample). Thirty-five of those 45 clients (78%) were 'Very happy' with the service overall.

Debt advice
Our advisers at Stockport, Cheadle & Marple provide debt advice to large numbers of clients. We also have a specialist debt advice service seeing around 200 new clients each year.
